Most items from JustGolfCarts.com are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested by the customer. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery or your order may be delayed. We now offer 2 Day Delivery to the Continental US as well as Ground shipment to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Orders typically ship within 1 business day from receipt of payment. RETURNS: Please shop carefully and don't hesitate to ask questions. We're here to help. All items come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise upon arrival, we'll refund your money or replace any item within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new or like new condition and returned to us packed securely in original packing. Returns not shipped back within 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee regardless of reason for return. (Return shipping is not refundable.) Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization. Please e-mail us for a Return Authorization before returning any merchandise.

Special order items such as Custom Seat Cover Custom Color Combinations are not returnable.
